Refund policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you, the purchaser, have 3 days after an item is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, Your item must be in the same condition that you received it unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at playfirsttcg@gmail.com, if your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
On Damaged Items: We sell factory-manufactured, sealed products. We are not responsible for any manufacturer defects to the packaging or contents; Manufacturer defects may include but are not limited to the following: Rips, cuts, tears, dings, dents, scuffs, or any other imperfections to the packaging material. Our products are delivered to you in the state in which we received them initially, and any minor damages sustained by the products during travel are out of our control. If you believe that the state of the item exceeds the listed conditions, please review the section "On Tampered Items", directly below this section, "On Damaged Items".
Occasionally, we may list a discounted variant of an item labeled as "damaged". Any items that are deliberately listed as damaged and purchased in such a state will not be eligible for a refund in the event that they arrive damaged in any capacity. As the purchaser, you acknowledge that when purchasing these items, they may arrive in various states of damage including, but not limited to, major indents/dents on boxes, ripped or missing plastic wrap, and severe scratches or defacement. If you believe that the state of the item exceeds the listed conditions, please review the section "On Tampered Items", directly below this section, "On Damaged Items".
On Tampered Items: To qualify for a refund for items that you believe have been severely tampered with, you must submit a complete video and audio recording of your delivered package being opened. If your order contains items such as packs of cards, any relevant items (including instances where packs are contained inside of another item such as, but not limited to, a Booster Bundle, Booster Box, or Collector's Box) and/or packs must remain in view of your video recording device at all times. Submitted videos must have a time stamp with the name used to place the order as well as the order number in plain view (this is to ensure the legitimacy of any submitted recordings and to mitigate potential reuse of recorded material). For an item to qualify as having been tampered with, one or more contents that are listed on the product page must be damaged and/or missing. Our team will thoroughly review any submitted recorded material and properly evaluate the conditions.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds/Cancelled Orders
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, it will take 5-7 business days to process a refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Due to the limited nature of the products that we sell, any/all cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee, and any/all pre-orders are entirely ineligible for cancellations, refunds, or returns. We utilize pre-orders as a way to gauge interest in a product, and we forward that information to our suppliers to reserve allocations as well as ensure that we have reasonable product availability.
